Mummified orange

In preparation for my family workshop exploring all things Ancient Egyptian at Sea City Museum in Southampton, I have mummified an orange. Oh the things we do in the name of education.

A mixture of 'letting go' and carrying on...

Many of these small works on card get destroyed, some slip through. I have found this series of paintings a process of letting go and carrying on - sounds cathartic, well almost...either that or too much angst and white wine.
